Our team manually verifies your bar license with the state bar association. Typical response: 2 business days.

Once verified, leads matching your practice areas and coverage begin arriving via email. Accept or pass on each one.

How is a lead “qualified”?
A lead is qualified when the consumer has completed the AI intake, identified a practice area that matches yours, indicated the correct jurisdiction, and confirmed they are seeking attorney representation. Leads that do not meet those criteria are not billable.
Are leads exclusive?
Leads are not guaranteed exclusive. Depending on practice area and geography, a lead may be offered to more than one verified attorney. Exclusivity options may be added later; this page will be updated when they are.
How am I billed?
You are billed only for leads you accept, after the matching attorney confirms acceptance. Payment is processed through Stripe on the card on file. Detailed billing history is available in your dashboard.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. You can pause incoming leads at any time from your dashboard, and you can close your account with no cancellation fee. Any balance for accepted leads remains due.
What is the refund policy?
If a lead does not meet our qualification criteria, you can request a refund within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed by our ops team. See our refund policy for details.
